Report an issue
Have you found a bug, incorrect information, or a service that is no longer available? Help us improve the app by reporting it.
To report an issue, send an email to contact@migranthelp.com or contact@pionniers.ma and include:
- A clear description of the issue you encountered
- The name of the city and service concerned, when relevant
- The type of device and app version you are using
- Screenshots if possible, to help us reproduce the issue
Response time
We aim to respond to all requests within 48 business hours. For urgent matters, phone contact during working hours is recommended.
Data deletion
Would you like to delete the data associated with your use of Migrant-e-s Help? Visit our dedicated page for the full procedure.

The app does not require an account. However, you can request deletion of any technical data collected, such as Firebase identifiers, notification tokens, and analytics data.
