1. No user account

Migrant-e-s Help is designed to work without registration or account creation. You can use all app features anonymously without providing personal information.

As a result, there is no user account to delete. However, a limited amount of technical data may still be associated with your device. This page explains how to manage it and request its deletion.

2. Data that may be associated with your device

Even without an account, the following technical services may collect anonymous identifiers linked to your device:

• Firebase instance identifier : An anonymous technical code generated during installation and used only for aggregated usage statistics.
• Notification token (OneSignal) : A technical identifier that allows push notifications to be sent to your device.
• Anonymous analytics data (Google Analytics for Firebase) : Aggregated statistics about app usage, such as viewed pages and session duration.
• Contact form data : If you contacted us through support, your name, email address, and message are kept only for the time needed to process your request.

3. How to delete your data

A. Delete local data (on your device)

You can remove all data stored locally by the app at any time:

• On Android : Settings → Apps → Migrant-e-s Help → Storage → Clear data, then uninstall the app.
• On iOS : Press and hold the app icon → Remove App → Confirm deletion. All local data will be deleted.
• Web version : Clear the site data for app.migranthelp.ma in your browser settings, including cookies and local storage.

B. Request deletion of server-side data

To request deletion of any technical data associated with your device on our servers and on our partners’ systems, send an email to one of the following addresses:

4. Processing time

We commit to processing your deletion request within a maximum of 30 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion has been completed.

Deletion includes:

• Removal of the Firebase instance identifier associated with your device
• Deactivation of the OneSignal notification token
• Deletion of any correspondence linked to your support request, when applicable
• Transmission of the deletion request to our technical partners (Google Analytics, OneSignal, Mapbox)

5. Disable notifications

You can disable push notifications without uninstalling the app:

• Android : Settings → Apps → Migrant-e-s Help → Notifications → Disable.
• iOS : Settings → Notifications → Migrant-e-s Help → Turn off “Allow Notifications”.

6. Reset the advertising identifier

Although we do not use this identifier for advertising purposes, you can reset it at any time:

• Android : Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID.
• iOS : Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable “Allow Apps to Request to Track”.

7. Your rights

In accordance with applicable data protection laws, you have the following rights:

• Right of access : Obtain confirmation as to whether data relating to you is being processed.
• Right to rectification : Correct inaccurate data relating to you.
• Right to erasure : Request deletion of your data under the conditions provided by law.
• Right to object : Object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons.
• Right to data portability : Receive your data in a structured and readable format.
