The project is led by the Association Pionniers du Changement pour le Développement et la Culture (PCDC) with an approach centered on practical usefulness, dignity, and reliable information.

The app brings together useful contacts in health care, legal aid, humanitarian support, training, employment, and social assistance.

Users can find relevant organizations faster through browsing by city, need, and category.

Content is structured to reduce language, administrative, and practical barriers that slow down access to support.
