What the platform does

Guide people to the right services

The app brings together useful contacts in health care, legal aid, humanitarian support, training, employment, and social assistance.

Make searching easier

Users can find relevant organizations faster through browsing by city, need, and category.

Make information easier to use

Content is structured to reduce language, administrative, and practical barriers that slow down access to support.

Who it is for

  • People in migration situations who need a fast entry point to trusted resources.
  • Refugees and asylum seekers looking for clear orientation toward local support actors.
  • Case workers, associations, and partners who want to share a useful and free orientation tool.

Why trust Migrant-e-s Help?

The project is grounded in field experience and in a network of institutional and community partners involved in supporting migrants.

We aim to limit data collection to what is strictly necessary while providing an accessible experience that does not require account creation.
